Curious if any1 on here did this to their mkv??? And should i??? Im currently revo tuned k04 thanks in advance....

This is for R32 only last I checked.

there are two flapper mods:

the R32 is the exhaust one (i think)

the 2.0T is the intake manifold one (again, i think)

never really looked into it but i guess the intake manifold switches runner length at higher RPMs. removing the motor that controls the flapper you can actually gain some extra HP in the upper RPMs by sticking with the same runner length?

Correct from what ive read this is why i wanted a personal experience on this and if its worth my time?? I should've specified intake flapper mod sorry guys...

So how you make the flapped intake mod on 2.0t? Whats involved...ur gonna make a diy?

I wanted to know if anyone on here had done it?? U take off the flaps on the manifold but i think you leave it plugged so no cel is on. I would like to get more info b4 i do it and yes i can make a d.i.y. When im done...
