I'm looking for a recommendation for someone that could install some Koni shocks/struts and VW sport springs. I was going to attempt the install myself but at the moment I don't really have the time and the space in the shared garage i use is inadequate. I live in the city so that would be ideal but I know i may need to venture to the burbs if need be.

Ps. I'll most likely be adding a dogbone mount insert in addition to the suspension.

I know its probably more expensive, but I used CITY VW (off Irving Park) for my suspension during one of my warranty check ups.

Otherwise, Mobile1 is a great option as well.

I don't really want to pay dealer price to do this and it seems Mobile 1 gets mentioned a lot. Thanks for the input.

Jason's a fair guy over at Mobile 1...suspension install isn't much of a challenge. Pick a descent place for the alignment...Jason should have a spot.

The suspension setups on most of these cars seems to be pretty simple. As long as you have a few basic tools I imagine you could have a buddy help you. I put coilovers in my car in about 4 hours by myself. The only thing I would say is make sure you get everything you need, including a few spares of things you might break/lose/etc, BEFORE you start tear down unless you have a backup of getting around. Also, spring compressors are a MUST.

If you need a hand Id be more than willing to help!
