I have what I believe are some 13" MK1 "turbine" style wheels - their center hole is larger than the "snowflake" style (snowflake center caps are too small, anyone have something that would work?) and the bolt holes aren't dished for the VW lug, they are straight edged. What type of lug are supposed to be used? thanks

Should be cone-seat lugs, pretty sure most all VWs have used them.....
I have an old set of Enkeis, they're set up for ball-seat lugs, but I've always used cone lugs with them, never had a problem. I don't think I'd ever use ball-seat lugs on a wheel set up for cones, though, seems there would be odd interference issues.

Well those are what I thought I had but the center caps were way too small... I went ahead and used the ball seat lugs and they seem to be holding up well. thanks
