My dad just picked up a one owner 1993 Corrado with 28k on it. Bone stock down to the original tires. It needs a good detail, but it's almost immaculate otherwise. Some rolling shots I took on the way back from picking it up tonight.

Well aware of that. What's funny is that the roofline is still at least an inch or two less than my GTI, which is 2.5" lower than stock.

I told him Star Specs, an H&R RSB (still undecided on 25mm or 28mm), and VR6 E-Codes will be a better investment than just getting a cupkit or coils. If he's going with new stuff, H&R coils make more sense because Bilstein Sport struts and H&R race springs are ~$800. With Koni struts, ~$900. H&R coils are $1130.

But, I'll be on the watch for something used.

Edit: I almost feel bad for wanting to modify it at all. This is almost one of those cars you shouldn't touch.

Say what? I doubt it though, it hasn't been driven much in the last year. Or at all really lol.

Just want to move on to something different. (old school) Having a 5 year old car sitting in the garage 75% of the time seems like a waste.

Haha, that's the first I've heard of that site. Yes, that's the one.

These picks are nice but until you see this car in person you will understand why is was worth every $$,$$$

I would keep this car super stock, these will be classics if not already!

Haha, thanks Greg. It probably won't remain stock, but we're going to try to keep everything reversible.

Not much of an update, but today my dad and I spent the better part of 4 hours detailing the hell out of the interior, not that it was too dirty to begin with. We took the seats out, cleaned all of the plastic panels, the carpet, floormats, windows, and dashboard. Then, we conditioned the leather steering wheel and all of the seats.

A few pictures. Tomorrow I'll probably shoot some proper pictures; we ran out of good lighting today.

Oh, and I'm going to pick up a Porter Cable dual action buffer so I can compound, polish and wax it. As a bonus, I'll have it for my car and will probably take care of the T'Reg and Tiguan as well.

Just turned 65K yesterday.

Damn the inside looks decent too. Do the needful thing (i.e. make it black)! Trade? :fun:

Haha, I still can't believe how clean your R32 is. Black interior? It'd sure as hell be easier to keep clean, but the tan interior looks awesome when it is clean.
