Ignition Key Repair
The little metal clip that allows me to attach a key ring has seperated from the plastic remote-control key fob housing. This has happened on both sets of keys that came with my car (a 2002 VW Golf). Is there an easy fix? Can I glue it back on using epoxy or some other glue? Or, must I buy brand new key fobs? The remote lock/unlock functions work fine, so I hate to buy new ones if I can repair my existing ones. Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: Ignition Key Repair (mikewitas)
Epoxy would be your best bet. It may end up being stronger than the original bond if you do it correctly.
